Lee Chun expressing his love for the Ultra Boost
Adidas did great in 2015, actually they did more than great. After releasing the Ultra Boost, the sales skyrocket. The sneaker quickly rose among the ranks as one, if not the best sneaker of the year. With the help of releases of Kanye’s Yeezy Boost, Adidas had a wonderful year. Sneakerheads across the nation increase in numbers for the upmost comfortable Ultra Boost sneaker. Maybe the number one fan, artist Lee Chun unveiled his new project. A serie of sculptures of the Ultra Boost, some hand-painted in the style of Chinese porcelain. One model of this series is fully dipped in gold, celebrating the upcoming Taipei marathon.
Until recently we at Hombre Amsterdam only had the collectives of the Ultra Boost in our stores (Kris v. Assche, Kolor and James Carnes). For the spring/summer collection of 2016 we will also receive, beside the collectives, the standard Ultra Boost sneakers.
