Constructed using aluminum, Ramverk™ Alu Carry-on is built entirely from custom-engineered components. A robust rivet-less construction enables easier part replacement and repairs while maintaining a clean exterior free of exposed rivets.
The edge frame increases torsional rigidity and adds impact protection by absorbing and redistributing forces during travel. Similar to a body-in-white strategy in automotive design, the structure combines stiffness with controlled deformation to protect the interior and retain geometry.
The wheel housings are designed specifically for the aluminium format. They integrate cleanly into the shell and provide enhanced ground clearance and better shock absorption. They also act as a central structural point where multiple parts meet with tolerances that are rarely seen in the luggage industry.
